This Privacy Policy explains how QuestPocket handles information connected to the public site, user accounts, activities, points, and redemptions.
Account information
We collect and use your name, email address, authentication and account records, and the security and session information needed to create, sign in to, maintain, and protect your QuestPocket account. We use this information to provide account access, keep the service secure, and communicate about important account activity.
Points and redemption activity
QuestPocket records the activity information needed to award and debit points and to process redemption requests. This can include your points balance and activity, selected reward, points reserved, pending status, and relevant timestamps.
When a redemption requires delivery details, the app currently accepts an email address and postal code. We use those details to process and communicate about the requested reward.
Contact information
We use the email information associated with your account or redemption to send service communications, including messages about account access and redemption requests. For privacy questions or requests, email update-my-gift@polsia.io.
Cookies and similar technologies
QuestPocket uses essential authentication and session cookies to keep account access working and help protect the service. It may also use cookies or similar storage for user preferences, such as remembering theme state. The specific technologies used can change as the service develops.
Retention
We retain information while it is needed to operate and secure your account and the rewards program. We may also retain it for legitimate legal, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping needs. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it.
User rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, along with other available rights.
