Responsible Participation

QuestPocket works best when everyone follows the activity instructions, protects their account, and keeps expectations grounded in the terms shown for each activity and reward.

Fair play

Follow the instructions and eligibility requirements for each activity. Do not use bots or other automation, manipulate activity results, submit duplicate activity entries, provide false information, or exploit bugs or other technical issues for an advantage. Participate honestly so that activity records and points reflect genuine participation.

Account security

Keep your sign-in details private and do not share your password with anyone. Use care when signing in and let us know if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not include your password when reporting an account security concern.

One account per person

Use one personal QuestPocket account. Do not create or control additional accounts, use another person’s account, or coordinate duplicate accounts to gain an advantage. Multiple accounts or account activity that appears designed to bypass a restriction may be reviewed and may affect eligibility, activity records, or points.

Realistic expectations

Points have no cash value. Activity point amounts, reward listings, inventory, eligibility, and other details can change. A redemption request is not a guarantee of fulfillment, delivery, a particular reward value, or a delivery timeline. Review the current activity and reward details before participating or submitting a request.

Report a concern

If you notice suspected unauthorized access, duplicate-account activity, an incorrect activity or points record, a bug, or another concern, email update-my-gift@polsia.io. Include enough context for us to investigate, such as what happened, when it happened, and any relevant activity or reward details. Never send your password.
