Rewards Terms
These Rewards Terms explain how QuestPocket activities, points, rewards, and redemption requests work. The details shown on an individual activity or reward page also apply to that activity or reward.
Eligibility
You may browse the public rewards catalog without an account. Completing an activity and requesting a reward are subject to the eligibility requirements shown for that activity or reward, including any supported-region, age, verification, partner, or account requirements. You must provide accurate information and use only an account that belongs to you.
An authenticated QuestPocket account is required to submit a redemption request. QuestPocket may decline an activity or reward request when the applicable eligibility requirements are not met.
Earning points
Points are awarded for eligible activities completed according to the instructions and terms displayed with that activity. The activity page is the source for its eligibility, instructions, point amount, and any partner conditions. Points are recorded in your QuestPocket balance when the applicable activity is credited.
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the QuestPocket rewards experience. Your balance and recorded activity history may be used to review or correct an award when necessary.
Points expiration
QuestPocket does not currently apply an automatic expiration date to points balances, and the app does not currently contain balance-expiration logic. No expiration period is promised by these Terms. If QuestPocket introduces an expiration rule, it will publish the applicable rule in an updated version of these Terms before applying it.
A particular reward, partner offer, or digital credit may have separate expiration details. When it does, those details are shown with that reward and can apply after a redemption is fulfilled.
Reward availability
The active rewards catalog shows the items currently available to review. Reward names, categories, point costs, eligibility, partner terms, and catalog contents may change. Availability can depend on current inventory, region, partner participation, or other reward-specific conditions.
A catalog listing does not guarantee a particular inventory level, reward value, delivery method, or future availability. Review the current reward details before submitting a request.
Redemption requests
To request an available reward, sign in to your QuestPocket account, review the listed point cost, and submit the requested delivery details. The current redemption flow accepts an email address and postal code.
When a request is accepted, QuestPocket atomically reserves the listed point cost from your balance and records the request with a PENDING status. A request is not a promise that the reward has been fulfilled. Do not submit duplicate requests for the same reward and delivery details.
Fulfillment
QuestPocket uses the delivery details submitted with a redemption request to review and process the requested reward. Fulfillment depends on the reward, partner, region, inventory, and any applicable eligibility or verification checks.
The current app does not promise a delivery date, processing time, delivery method, reward value, or successful fulfillment for every request. Reward-specific details and partner terms control where they provide more information.
Cancellations
The current QuestPocket app does not provide a self-service cancellation workflow. These Terms therefore do not promise that a pending request can be canceled, that reserved points can be returned, or that any refund or replacement will be available.
If you need help with a pending request or believe there is an error, contact update-my-gift@polsia.io. We can review the request, but contacting us is not a guaranteed cancellation or points-refund mechanism.
Prohibited misuse
You may not use QuestPocket to submit false or misleading information, create or control accounts for someone else, interfere with activity tracking, manipulate points or redemption requests, exploit bugs, use automation to abuse an activity, or evade an eligibility, verification, or account restriction.
QuestPocket may investigate suspected misuse, correct points or activity records, decline or reverse a request where appropriate, restrict access, or take other steps needed to protect the rewards program and its participants.
